The Lorencz family has over 40+ years of experience in the Residential and Commercial construction industry, but with the decline of the construction industry following the collapse of the Real Estate Market in Michigan, Nicholas Lorencz started looking for ways to expand his services while still using his years of experience and knowledge of building science. That is when he came across Rainbow International.
