BENEV Capital Inc., formerly Bennett Environmental Inc., is engaged in the business of using thermal oxidation to remediate contaminated soil and contaminated construction debris. The Company owns and operates a remediation facility located in Saint Ambroise, Quebec. The Company markets its remediation services throughout Canada and the United States. It is engaged in treating contaminated soils pursuant to contracts obtained in a bidding process. The Companys customer base is composed of government agencies, utilities, environmental services companies and industry. The Companys soil treatment facility is located in Saint Ambroise, Quebec. The facility has an annual processing capacity of up to 100,000 metric tons. On April 8, 2011, the Company sold its Belledune facility. For the nine months ended 30 September 2012, BENEV Capital Inc. revenues increased from C$0K to C$20.5M. Net income totaled C$8.7M vs. loss of C$7.7M. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Net Income reflects Restructuring costs decrease from C$2.5M (expense) to C$0K, Finance income increase of 33% to C$961K (income).
