For 125 years, Oak Hall has been a family owned textile manufacturer, operating in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Slow and steady growth has taken us from one small sewing room, to becoming the largest manufacturer of caps and gowns in the collegiate market and the premier manufacturer of Judicial and Pulpit attire. Our job is to provide a standard of quality, in both product and service, which far exceeds our customers' expectations. Our dynamic and professional team takes that job very seriously. Our employees, many second and third generation Oak Hall, understands fully the responsibility of insuring that any person ordering from us have the appropriate attire to wear when needed. Oak Hall is proud to have been the pioneer that introduced sustainable caps and gowns to higher education in 2009. When we realized that less than 30% of all plastic bottles in the US get recycled, we knew this was the right thing to do. Little did we realize that in such a short time GreenWeaver, made from 100% post consumer plastic bottles and woven with a matte finish, would become the next generation of academic attire.
