The Waltham facility is the home of Adnexus, a Bristol-Myers Squibb R&D Company. Adnexus is a biologics discovery site with approximately 100 employees with expertise in applying in vitro selection technologies to identify and optimize promising pharmaceutical candidates. Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) training is provided as part of the new employee orientation program for all new and transferred employees. This training covers the EHS aspects for working safely at the Waltham site including proper waste segregation and disposal. This training covers the company's commitment to safety.
