Island Return it Duncan

As you may have noticed, we are more than just a bottle depot. Since 1995 it has been our goal to make recycling a convenient and easy part of your lifestyle. We brought bottle depots out of the traditionally dark industrial site / junkyard locations by offering our customers bright, clean, well organized and centrally located recycling centres in Esquimalt, Sidney, Salt Spring Island, Campbell River, and the Cowichan Valley. We have expanded our recycling services to include electronics, small appliances, light bulbs and lamps, power tools, batteries, flammable liquids, and paint so that our customers are able to do all their recycling in one easy location. In 2013, after numerous conversations with customers and staff, we decided to change our name to Island Return It Recycling Centre to reflect the variety of recycling services we offer today and those we hope to add in the future. By making the recycling experience positive and convenient for our customers, we hope that we are able to encourage more individuals to do their part in recycling, benefiting all of us both locally and globally.
