I am a third generation farmer of almonds and raw table olives and olive oil. I live in a small town called Orland in California, with my beautiful wife and daughter. Back in 2003 I had a dream of taking my raw olives and having them put into a organic liquid that would hold them fresh and firm for home curing. Well what a dream it has turned out to be. Not only can I be used on raw olives for Botulism, I have FDA acceptance for sanitizing food as a food wash and EPA for killing all other contaminates for non-food use. It kills bacteria and viruses, fungus and can be used in the food industry, agriculture, janitorial, cosmetics, dairy, on your body and more.
