- Demonstrated a history of positive cash flow, with the potential to capitalize on future growth opportunities.

- Can operate in any well-established industry, excluding development, resource extraction, and hospitality (restaurants, bars, nightclubs).

- Headquartered in the Pacific Northwest.

- Socially responsible with a strong and positive corporate culture.

- Annual EBITDA of $2-$7 Million.

We are willing to look outside the above parameters for the right opportunity, including strategic add-on opportunities for our existing operating partners.
