Chiropractic First Birmingham

In 2000, the Chiropractic First Group was formed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, by Dr. Matt Kan. Since then the company has grown from strength to strength, with a head office in Singapore and more than 25 clinics across the UK, Spain, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, and Singapore.

Our clinic in Manchester was opened in 2015 as a joint venture between Dr. Matt Kan and Dr. David Bates, both qualified Doctors of Chiropractic.

Dr. David Bates DC previously worked for a number of years in the Manchester area before swapping the Lancashire sun for the Singapore sun. Having spent two years working in clinics in Asia the time was right for him to move back to the UK to develop the Chiropractic First family further afield.
