They felt they could form a food distribution business based on several key elements to represent food products that are lifestyle products of the new millenium. Our pasta is made entirely from beans: black bean spaghetti, mung bean fettuccine, red adzuki bean spaghetti, and soy bean spaghetti. it is high fiber, low fat, and high protein, low sodium, organic, kosher,as well as gluten free. we also have 3 gluten free soy noodle cup of soups.
