Stuart Outten is the founder / principal for Kent & Alan Properties Inc., a Real Estate Brokerage Firm serving the RTP area of NC. Stuart has extensive experience in property management / remodel & repair of residential rental homes as well as knowledge of foreclosure proceedings and sales. Kent & Alan Properties, Inc. was incorporated to manage rental homes owned by Stuart and was expanded to provide full service real estate brokerage services including property management and general real estate sales. Prior to his real estate career, Stuart was the owner /operator/founder of Regional Probing Services, Inc., an environmental service business that provides soil & groundwater sample collection / remediation services to environmental consulting companies. Stuart also provides consulting and oversight service work for large scale subsurface injection and & bio-remediation projects.
