Boughan Farms

BF&E Organics is a family owned and operated business since the 1950's. We started working toward our organic certification in 1992, through GOA (Global Organic Alliance). We farm well over 300 acres of land, all certified organic. We are committed to raising healthy food for people. We have a great cow-calf operation, raising registered Shorthorn cattle. All of our beef are born and raised on the farm, until ready for processing. Also, along with cattle, we raise sheep. Our breed of choice being Dorper. They are a very hardy breed and mild tasting meat. We also raise free-ranged laying hens as well as broiler chickens. They are fed grains that are grown on the farm. All animals are completely soy free and raised in a stress free environment.
