Rincon Fresh is California’s largest, family-owned berry farm, committed to bringing the best tasting, farm fresh quality, organic and conventionally grown strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries to people and places across the nation. Since Ginjiro Hasegawa and his son, Wataru, started farming vegetables and strawberries in Orange County, California, we’ve always had a passion to grow quality over quantity and pursue a forward-looking direction in all our endeavors. In the 1970’s, our family looked forward to a fresh start in Ventura County – a small player in the strawberry game – but now the second largest strawberry-producing County in California. Today, the 3rd generation of Hasegawa family farmers help us realize the dream of becoming respected and productive strawberry growers, and still run the original Hasegawa Farms today based on the hard work and principles set forth by Ginjiro, Wataru and the generations that came.
