After graduating from the University of Colorado, she quickly became one of the top producing sales agents for a national builder. Leading her own team, she received high marks for providing excellent customer service. As an additional service to her buyers, Nicole gained valuable knowledge while she studied and passed the Colorado Real Estate Appraisers exam. Nicole and her husband Jeff welcomed their baby girl, Vivienne Ferrara Perino, to the world on April 9, 2011. On their off days they enjoy spending time in the mountains hiking, biking, skiing/snowboarding and snow shoeing. Nicole's dedication to working with people, along with a strong sense of community, enables her to provide the best service possible to her clients.
