Having worked in the local real estate industry for the past 34 years, I have an intimate working knowledge of the Bozeman and Livingston areas. I can anticipate trends and share those insights with my clients. As the founding broker/owner of Western Land Office, I have been dedicated to bringing the best in real estate service to the local community. I served as President for the Park County Board of Realtors, as State Director for the Montana Association of Realtors and as a long-term Board Member on the Regional MLS(Multiple Listing Service)Committee. As a member of the Southwest Montana Farm & Ranch Brokers, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to offer my clients. I actively support several local charities and organizations, including Park County Big Brothers and Sisters, the Danforth Gallery-Friends of the Arts, Community Health Partners, the Humane Society and the Museum of the Rockies. I am also a founding member of the Ted Yates Foundation for Eagle Mount. The environment, skiing, hiking, fishing and the arts comprise a large part of my personal interests. I believe there is no better place to settle than southwest Montana and have made this my home since 1972.
