Katharine offers her clients over 12-years experience as a real estate professional, including single family residential sales, condominiums, vacant land and income/investment property. As an experienced property manager/investor, it was a natural move into becoming a Realtor; having owned and managed 60 rental units together with her husband, Michael. Katharine first was licensed in 2001; a Vermont broker since 2005 and licensed in Florida, 2007. Katharine came to Florida to visit friends and fell in love with all the Gulf coast had to offer. Loving an active outdoor lifestyle, she has found paradise in the Gulf coast of Floridas natural beauty, waterways, weather and its abundant cultural opportunities.
