I have lived in the Manchester NH and surrounding areas all of my life, and in Sales and Marketing for 35+ years. I work with Buyers, Sellers, Builders and Developers for ALL types of homes, however my specialty is GREEN High Performance homes. In 2006 my husband and I sold our 1903 Victorian home in Manchester and built a "5-Star" Energy Star home. Our home includes an ICF block foundation, Structural Insulated Panels (ICF) for the first floor walls, and Geo-thermal furnaces. Because I was the General Contractor for this building process, I became excited about the prospect of helping other homeowners navigate their journey of owning an energy efficient home. Since that time, I've earned the two Real Estate designations available and become a Certified Green Professional though the National Association of Homebuilders. I act as an advisor/consultant to my clients for building New Construction High Performance homes and adding Greener features to their existing homes. I help Buyers take advantage of energy efficiency and environmentally sensitive options in real estate, and I help Sellers by promoting the cost-saving, energy saving features and green products used in the construction of their home that set their listings apart from the competition.
