It is my desire to tread lightly on our planet that has lead me into the study of this Real Estate specialty. I am a second generation Realtor, having my license since 1990. Environmentally conscious, I helped my father build a passive solar home, located in Fort Collins, Colorado in 1982. Unfortunately, "building green" was a short lived trend at that time. I am grateful to see energy efficient renewable resource building having a resurgence in our country! I believe this trend is here to stay. I am an avid mountain biker and hiker. I am dedicated to preserving our planet for future generations, while helping people realize their dreams of owning an environmentally friendly, energy efficient, safe and comfortable home to live in.
