Jenny Marcus began her real estate career over 20 years ago the National Association of Realtors. She has honed her skills as a marketing expert through years of practice and education. She covers most of the area of Northern Westchester including Bedford, Bedford Hills, Katonah, Mount Kisco, Pound Ridge, South Salem, Cross River, Goldens Bridge, Somers and North Salem. Jennys skills are the culmination of her broad experience in marketing, negotiating and management. An accomplished marketing agent, for seven years she managed a real estate office, prior to which she created and ran a property management company serving home owners on multi-year assignments else where in the US and abroad. Licensed as a salesperson in 1980, Jenny became a licensed broker in 1991. She currently is an associate broker in the Bedford office of Houlihan Lawrence and is a certified EcoBroker. She is certified to work with incoming and outgoing clients of Houlihan Lawrence Relocation Services. Jenny is calm, knowledgeable and organized in all aspects of communication, marketing, negotiation and closing. With her extensive knowledge of the marketplace, Jenny enjoys great success in the marketing of property, negotiating and bringing the parties to the closing table. Jenny was born and educated in England. She has gained additional knowledge from house remodeling and building in Katonah, on Chappaquiddick and Cape Cod. She has a residence in Cross River and her son attended Katonah-Lewisboro Schools. As a resident of the area since the 1970s, Jenny has the pleasure of introducing buyers to our beautiful towns and helping them to acquire the knowledge they need in order to make their buying decision.
