Freda Wilkinson - Big Sky Brokers

A little about me.....I grew up in Thompson Falls, MT, went to college in Oregon, and moved to Helena in January of 1997. I acquired my real estate license in September of '06, my brokers license in January 2010. Prior to embarking on this course of real estate, I spent nearly 10 years working for an energy and water conservation consulting firm. This allowed me to tour thousands of homes across the state of Montana, providing a solid understanding of (and appreciation for) residential construction of all vintages. This knowledge, in conjunction with the ongoing restoration of my historic Helena residence, gives me the foresight to see potential in every home! On a personal note, I am described as down-to-earth. I drive a small, economical car, and am passionate about my garden, my family, and taking good care of our planet. I enjoy live music, hiking, and pints at the Blackfoot Brewery with friends. I support the vision of the Alternative Energy Resources Organization and in January of 2009, began contributing a portion of each closing to this very important effort. Check them out at aeromt.org. Aside from achieving the very valuable EcoBroker ® certified designation, I am also a GRI graduate, as well as CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert). I will continue to expand and enhance my real estate education throughout my career. As your REALTOR, I will bring a sincere dedication to your interests and an uncommon level of experience.
