In 1976, twelve Realtors began The Group, Inc. with the dream of having a company where everyone was an equal owner. This concept was untried; there were no models to follow. In 2008 The Group, Inc. was ranked among the top 100 U.S. firms for closed sales volume in 2007 by 3 different industry resources - RealTrends, RIS Media, and Realtor Magazine.
