Many coffee companies sell their product in vacuum-sealed plastic because it needs a shelf-life of eight months. We don't do that. Freshly-roasted coffee is like warm bread, no matter how it's engineered to seem fresh, it just doesn't taste fresh unless it is. Our goal is to provide you with coffee that's the freshest on the planet. We aren't just saying that. You'll probably never buy a package from us that's one month old, never mind eight. Fair warning though, once you begin to enjoy what fresh really tastes like, you won't want to settle for less. But then, why should you?
