Blue Star Diner opened its doors on August 15, 2011 in the heart of Bridgeland. We are proud to carry on the tradition of the small, independently owned neighbourhood business. It is our mission to provide great tasting, high quality food while minimizing our environmental footprint and giving back to the community we live in. We use locally produced and organic ingredients whenever possible, recycle everything we can, and proudly support local organizations helping to make our city better.
