SynTao Co., Ltd. is a leading Beijing-based consultancy promoting sustainability and responsibility in the Asian region. We provide consulting, research and training services in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Socially Responsible Investment (SRI). SynTao has developed successful partnerships with a wide range of local and overseas organizations such as international and national corporations, government agencies, NGOs, academic institutions and media groups. SynTao was co-founded by Dr. Wayne Silby and Dr. Guo Peiyuan. Dr. Silby is Chairman of SynTao and also founding Chairman of Calvert Funds, a $14 billion investment management group noted for their leadership in the area of social responsible investment (SRI). Dr. Guo started the company after his graduate studies at Tsinghua University. SynTao's employees possess rich experience in sustainability management and corporate transparency. Over 80% of our team members hold a master's degree, and 40% of staff obtained their education overseas.
