Foster Dairy Farms - Crystal Creamery

In 1941 Max and Verda Foster founded a dairy company in the Central Valley of California. They founded their company based on their core values of EXCELLENCE, HONESTY, QUALITY, SERVICE and PEOPLE. More than 70 years later we remain a family-owned company, committed to those same values and are recognized as one of the largest processors and marketers of dairy products in the state of California. Crystal Creamery was founded in 1901 in Sacramento and joined the Foster Family of Companies in 2007. Humboldt Creamery was founded in 1929 by a cooperative of Dairy Farmers and joined the Foster Family of companies in 2011. Today we remain family owned and operated and are all part of Crystal Creamery.
