"When my father started Excellent Coffee Company out of his station wagon in 1953, I would often accompany him on his deliveries. He taught me no matter how small or large the company, maintaining personal relationships with every customer was the absolute only way to build a successful business. I quickly realized that the people we delivered to were not only my father's customers, but also his friends. This manner of doing business was firmly ingrained in my head. It has been, and will continue to be, one of the key beliefs here. Now with my son Mike, the company furthers this same belief with a third generation. Our company has grown into a unique entity within the coffee industry.
