We pride ourselves on marrying cutting edge food processing techniques, such as cryogenic processing, advanced food chemistry and science with ancient spice knowledge and culinary sophistication. What We Do; First we travel the world finding the freshest, most flavorful spices and seed available. We then import directly from source, bringing all cargo into the port of New York/New Jersey. Every lot must come to our state of the art manufacturing facility. Our spices are sorted, sifted, cleaned and cryogenically ground at sub-zero temperatures to insure absolutely no loss in flavor or functionality.
