Nutresa Group acquires shares Tresmontes Lucchetti SA and through its subsidiaries constituted the Chilean company Nutresa Chile S.A. as owner of such shares. Compaa Nacional de Chocolates obtained certification as a family-friendly company (efr), credited as an organization that seeks to provide a balance between personal, family and work colleagues management. Likewise, it is recognized as the first company to receive certification as a Healthy Organization by the Colombian Heart Foundation.
