Law office of David V. DeRosa

Originally from Shelton and then Bridgeport, Connecticut, Attorney DeRosa has been a life-long resident of Connecticut.  He graduated from Fairfield College Preparatory School, Boston College, and Quinnipiac University School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York, District Court of Connecticut, The United States Court of Appeal for the Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.  

While in law school, he worked under the direction of Attorney Susan Hankins in preparing his first appellate brief as a student in the case of State v. Bronson, 55 Conn. App. 717 (1999) reversed 258 Conn. 42 (2001).  Since his admission to the Connecticut bar, he has filed at least two appellate briefs a year.
