In November of 2011, Morrison sold majority shares to Advent International. With this transaction Chip Hornsby became the new Chief Executive Officer. ScottSangalliremained a member on the Board of Directors. In the fall of 2012, Kevin Moore was named Chief Operating Officer, and in January 2013, Stan Allen became President of Morrison Supply Company. Also in January, MorrisonSupply acquired Express Pipe and Supplyin Southern California. Express Pipe hastwelve branches.
