The Oyster Landing

The Oyster Landing is a marina and oyster farm located in Seaford, Virginia.

The business is locally-owned and operated by the Currie family. The owners, Ethan, and Andrea Currie are Coast Guard veterans who started their own oyster farming business, Ship Point Oyster Company, post-retirement. Ship Point Oyster Company is known for its tasty oysters that are distributed locally and across the country.

In early 2020, Ethan and Andrea bought the marina, formerly known as Seaford Marina, to expand their passion for oyster farming. It has since been renamed 'The Oyster Landing.'

The Oyster Landing offers services such as small engine repair and boat slips rentals at reasonable rates and with no-frills. As the home base for Ship Point Oyster Company, a day at The Oyster Landing wouldn't be complete without seeing the daily activities of an oyster aquaculture operation up close and personal!
