We are also home to a team of exceptional complementary and physical therapists dedicated to improving your health and quality of life, and some of the friendliest reception staff you’ll meet anywhere!
Our well-equipped studio features high-quality responsibly-sourced Ekotex mats which are available to use free of charge. Hygienic mat wipes are provided, as is a full range of yoga and Pilates props and equipment. We also have four portable ballet bars used in our Barre Fusion classes.
At Embody we combine this multifaceted approach to wellbeing with the highest standards of customer care, striving always to ensure that every member of our community feels valued, appreciated, encouraged, and inspired.
