High Priority Plumbing and Services, Inc. is a family owned and operated the company. After Paulette and Brian Simpson moved to Conyers for Paulette’s job at Suntrust Bank, she encouraged her husband Brian to open his own plumbing company in 2001. Having been in the plumbing industry for over 25 years, Brian Simpson had a long history of exceptional customer service. “Whenever Brian would go to a job, those homeowners would constantly request him for other projects.
It made sense for him to go out on his own,” said Paulette. We started out with a small crew and worked out of our home, while Paulette moonlighted for the company and scheduled jobs for Brian in the evenings. Paulette said, “Brian would always joke that I would schedule jobs for him so he wouldn’t be home.” As the business grew and neighbors began complaining of the traffic in and out of our subdivision, we moved our business out of our home into our current building at 1422 Business Center Drive in Conyers.
