Plastics shredding, granulation and washing systems including complete turnkey systems are a key part of the Genox equipment range. The single & twin shaft shredders, granulators, washing tanks, dewatering centrifuges and other associated equipment we manufacture, which can be customised on request, enables us to offer bespoke proposals which are tailored to suit the specific requirements of our customers.

Typical plastics recycling systems we produce include:

Traditional twin shaft shear shredders, heavy duty raspers, finishing granulators, product classifiers and separation equipment embracing advanced, effective designs and processes helps to reduce power consumption, aids effective maintenance and minimizes operational costs. These high output tire recycling plants can be used to process car, commercial, truck and even larger OTR tires without pre-removal of the steel bead wire. We can therefore supply fully automated systems.

Our scrap metal recycling plants are designed for processing E-waste, copper cable, UBC's and light gauge scrap metals etc. This is another area of our business which we have worked hard to develop over recent years. Depending on the application we can offer twin shaft shear shredders, heavy duty granulators, vertical shredders & crushers (densifiers), eddy current separators and various types of air separation systems. We also offer smaller capacity plants such as combined cable recycling systems which are ideal for customers looking for smaller scale recycling opportunities.

We have over time developed an extensive network of experienced business partners and distributors worldwide who regularly provide feedback on product demand and share their experiences from their customers.
