Formed in 2004, partners Jeff Baertsoen, Gerry Martel and Klaus Schneider began Paradigm Custom Homes to fill a void in today's custom home market. A true custom-home builder in which personalized, family-oriented service is a priority from design through to production. While rich in family values and tradition, Paradigm also brings vast amounts of experience and quality craftsmanship to each and every home built. With 40 years of previous experience in designing and building custom homes, Paradigm prides itself on providing the highest levels of craftsmanship and technology, coupled with outstanding customer service in the Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Based in La Salle, Manitoba, Paradigm Custom Homes is a thriving family-run business with homes built in La Salle, Winnipeg and surrounding areas in southern Manitoba. The owners pride themselves in their small town roots and attribute their ability to provide personalized service to working and living in a tight-knit community. Together with partner Klaus Schneider, who provides all design consultation and drafting services from concept through to engineered blueprints, they share a common understanding of how houses should be built - with premium specs and quality standards - and have carried that into every home built by Paradigm Custom Homes.
