Our Mission is to carefully blend innovative design with high quality materials and workmanship to provide a living environment which is attractive, functional, and appealing to a broad spectrum of lifestyles. Located in Winkler, Manitoba, Grandeur Housing, a leader in manufactured and modular home production and commercial and industrial buildings. Grandeur a 100% Canadian company and is privately owned by shareholders and operated by a board of directors and our 200,000 square feet of production space employs over 270 qualified and dedicated employees. Grandeur Housing distributes modular, RTM, and manufactured homes and buildings to the local market including Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Ontario. We also provide dealers from across the prairies with quality homes to sell. It all began with a small group of investors in February 1976. The original goal was to compete in the market by building high quality products which has continued as the main goal today. As time has passed, goals have evolved and been added along with new and innovative builds. Grandeur has created markets and expanded our horizons greatly by increasing our product line while maintaining a commitment to quality.
