Sol Yoga Centre

Sol Yoga Centre is a joyful yoga space in beautiful Crescent Beach, BC. We celebrate abundance, acceptance, bliss and gratitude as a daily practise. Our yoga classes work on opening the body and mind and spirit from the outside-in and the inside-out. As we relax the body and breathe deeply, our mind lets go and experiences ecstatic stillness. We also offer Stone Therapy Treatments, an ancient theraupetic form of bodywork, and have a full selction of yoga lifestyle products and spiritual books.
