Enzymes—biological molecules that catalyze chemical reactions—are used throughout industry and agriculture to increase production yields, enhance product performance, and reduce processing costs. Agrivida's proprietary INzyme® technology precisely controls enzyme activity to drive these natural catalysts to deliver unparalleled performance. Agrivida's novel products and processes enable our supply chain partners to achieve substantially lower production costs while maintaining superior product performance. Our goal as a company is to solve critical problems in animal nutrition and industrial enzymes by engineering valuable new products and processes. We are commercializing our technology independently and through alliances with companies that seek to optimize the production of products, with an initial focus on animal feed and nutrition. Agrivida’s enzyme regulation technology platform enables newfuels industrial enzyme solutions for consumer products and bio-based fuels and chemicals. In addition, we have earned research and development agreements with the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) (including an ARPA-E grant), and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) focused on advancing the INzyme technology for biomass and bioproduct crops.
