Discovery Parks Realty will use its assets to create capital through profitable real estate. It will act as a lender and an equity developer, both alone and in partnership, to grow its equity base for at least five years, to support its Vision. Once sufficient capital has been created through the Mission, Discovery Parks Realty will become a significant funder of programs and activities that increase employment through the growth and profitability of technology companies in British Columbia. Our Vision is to see technology become the most productive, economically important and socially relevant industry in British Columbia. Discovery Parks Realty will continue to provide funding to Discovery Foundation while working with relevant technology industry associations, educators and mentors.
