Linda Rabell - Bosshardt Realty, Inc.

Linda is a native Floridian who grew up in a family of Builders and Realtors. As a licensed Realtor since 1982 her first love has always been the new homes market. After joining the Bosshardt team in 2002 she became certified as a new homes sales professional. In addition to general Real Estate, she is currently involved with a number of new home subdivisions. Her knowledge of the building process has been a key factor in her continued success. She works hard to assist her customers with all of their needs-from lot locations to color selections-she is there every step of the way. Lindas success has been continually demonstrated as the recipient of the annual multi million-dollar producer award since her affiliation with Bosshardt Realty. She believes continuing education is a key factor in performing her job as a Real Estate Professional. She has earned her Broker Associate license, Ecobroker License and CSP designation. She has recently been named as Senior Vice President with Bosshardt Realty Services LLC. Linda has been married to Henry (also a Bosshardt Realtor) for 32 years. They have 3 sons, EJ, Ricki and Robbi who have grown up in Gainesville. She feels her role as a wife and mother has taught her dedication, perseverance and patience! She diligently practices all of these qualities within her Real Estate career. Linda is also a strong believer in professional and community involvement.
