I have had the pleasure of residing in Salida, CO for 23 years. Raised in the Chicago area, life in the Rockies these past 40 years, (I've been checking it out, believe me!), I'm grateful to have landed here. What a phenomenal place to call home! Let me share the region with you; the trails, hot springs, history, all the good stuff. I've practiced real estate here for 2 decades and have watched our market go through many transitions. After years as a title examiner, I became familiar with some of the more legal aspects of our industry and it's proved useful in the past. I really appreciate the genrous nature of the people in our area. I enjoy volunteering at our local Head Start school, Ark Valley Humane Society and Stage Left Theatre Company. The arts are a big part of our community and I enjoy supporting the SteamPlant Theatre and Event Center, Art of the Rockies, Art Walk and our numerous galleries.
