Bridget Goggins expertise spans the fields of sustainability, green building, urban design, real estate, and finance. She is Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the James River Green Building Council, a LEED® AP+, and a Green Advantage® and EcoBroker® certified and licensed Virginia Real Estate Agent, as well as an independent consultant. As a project consultant for Sustainable Design Consulting, Bridget worked on various stages of the LEED® certification process and wrote case studies of sustainable attributes of completed projects. She worked with Greening Urban civil engineers to develop their business in storm water management and low-impact design. Bridget served as a project assistant for the City of Richmonds Sustainability Manager, analyzing sustainability plans and green building training nationwide to prepare for the RFP and implementation of Richmonds Sustainability Plan. As an agent for Taylor Long Properties, she marketed a sustainable building plan to shopping center owners, helping to expand the firms consulting services. Before Bridgets move to Virginia in 2008, she worked in finance for various Wall Street firms. In 2003, she founded a successful real estate investment consultancy, serving clients including developers, restaurant owners, real estate funds, and high net worth individuals.
