He bid contracts and managed multimillion dollar fiber optic, digital projects in Taiwan, Palau, Trust Territory of Guam and the Federated States of Micronesia. As a long term resident of Hawaii, he has had the opportunity to live on Oahu, The Big Island, and Maui and choose to settle on Kauais beautiful North Shore in 1982.
