The origin of Anchorhead Coffee is anything but typical. Previously working as front of house audio engineers for some of the worlds major A-list artists, we have traveled with countless tours sampling coffee from across the globe. After a combined 13 years in the live audio industry it was time to put away the suitcases and start creating something that we love and could hardly imagine living without: coffee. While touring, we were not always privy to the greatest coffee. Finding ourselves in different cities often led to ordering from coffee chains for the convenience. We wanted to create something special and delicious that we would not only enjoy ourselves, but be able to make readily available for any coffee lover on the go. We have accomplished that with Anchorhead Coffee. Anchorhead Coffee strives to make a premium coldbrew coffee that stands above the rest. This is achieved by sourcing the freshest coffee we can find. We roast the beans, grind them, and then brew them for twenty hours without heat. This temperature-controlled slow brew leaves us with a coffee concentrate that is 60 percent less acidic than conventionally brewed coffee. Tasting Anchorhead is like tasting coffee for the first time. The smooth natural flavor of the bean is pronounced in the cold brew process and what you get is a less bitter coffee with rich flavors and a chocolate finish that is a delightful change to the palate.
