Beyond Retro began in 2002 as a single warehouse-turned-retail store in East London, stocked with an eclectic range of vintage sourced from around the globe. Thirteen years, eight more stores and an ecommerce site later, we have carved a unique identity as the leading vintage retailer across the UK and Sweden, and remain a seminal reference point for individuals of style - as well as a key stakeholder in the circular economy. Through the cycle of vintage and second-hand product, an UP-CYCLED LABEL collection and a growing range of SUSTAINABLY-sourced new product, Beyond Retro consistently seeks out innovative avenues to make a lasting impact on the fashion landscape, contributing to a much-needed CIRCULAR ECONOMY. Our up-cycled LABEL range is an innovative collection that UP-CYCLES a myriad of materials unsuitable for store. Crafted from RECLAIMED vintage, this growing line of apparel and accessories aligns our passion for original design with amounting concern for declining global resources. Our LABEL line is also available in a wide range of independent and large retailers across Europe and North America. Sorters file through 93 million pounds of clothes per year to keep our shops stocked with vintage and our LABEL factory shelves flush with fabric. That’s like 60 Olympic size swimming pools filled with silk, suede, leather and more, SAVING 600,000 GARMENTS from landfill.
