Located in Kenora, Ontario Canada, owner Rita Boutette is dedicated to creating soaps and skin care products which are all-vegetable, all-natural, 100% phosphate free and biodegradable. Rita creates high quality soaps and skin care products for sensitive skin. They are free of alcohol, synthetic dyes, preservatives, and artificial fragrances. Small batch production is important to maintain the integrity and high standards. There are over 28 types of soaps including: French Pink Clay, French Lavender, Northern Song, Wild Roses and Blueberries, Tea Tree Complexion bar, and Citrus Sunrise. She uses pure olive oil along with specialty vegetable oils such as Manitoba hemp seed oil, jojoba oil, rosehip oil, shea butter, mango butter and coconut oil. Rita uses organic herbs, some from her own backyard garden. Pure essential oils provide skin care properties and subtle scent to her soap. Over 15 years ago, company founder, Whitney Allen was dedicated to creating a pure and natural product in spite of the challenges and higher cost of ingredients. Focussing on quality and purity results in a luxury soap that feels different and leaves the skin feeling clean but not dry and tight. The rosemary extract in every bar is a natural anti-oxidant, contributing even more extraordinary skin care properties and making these natural and gentle alternatives to commercial and synthetic skincare products.
