I'm Bart Duffey and have been an Associate Broker in Cheyenne, Wyoming since 1994. I am the only Real Estate Agent in Wyoming with the EcoBroker designation. My areas of expertise are in rural land development and sales and new construction homes. I am currently in partnership with Joe Patterson Construction. We are building beautiful new "Energy Star Certified" homes here in Cheyenne and Laramie County and are the only builders in the state of Wyoming doing this. Being a product of the 70's generation I personally have a very strong commitment to being very enviornmentally friendly in both my business and private life. In my private life I have been a life long member of Ducks Unlimited and a past Wyoming State Chairman of this fine organization. My wife Karen and I live on 5 acres and enjoy organic gardening our dog and 3 cats and weekend travels in beautiful Wyoming.
