The Earth Partners LP is a land restoration company developing next-generation solutions for marginal and degraded lands to rebuild soils, water resources, habitat, terrestrial carbon, and other critical ecosystem functions. We have a portfolio of assets and businesses that were developed both in-house and acquired from third parties in partnership with our investor, Vision Ridge. Over the years the company has built a team with unique expertise and experience to assess, acquire, and operate industrial assets as well as execute on large-scale land restoration projects. The company has grown rapidly to 30+ employees across 4 regional offices. We have two operational businesses, and assets and projects under development in 5 states, as well as nearly one million acres of land under long-term contract. Part of our model involves developing commercial, reliable supplies of Òconservation biomass,Ó enabling large-scale, privately-funded land restoration projects while supporting renewable energy and bio-based markets. We are also developing mitigation banking opportunities in our geographic areas of focus. Our team has experience across the project development cycle (design, finance, own & operate), including expertise in GIS mapping, procurement, harvesting & chipping, engineering & operations, financing & structuring, and sustainability & ecology. The company also has an advisory services business that builds on our strong policy capability with on-going affiliations with government, NGOs, and local communities.
