Takashi Sato, an eighth generation member of the founding family, is president of San-J, continuing the exacting standards for brewing the world’s finest Tamari soy sauce. San-J is a brewer of premium Tamari Soy Sauce that is made with 100% soy and NO wheat for a richer and milder flavor. Established in 1804, we strive to provide quality, all-natural Asian-inspired products that include a variety of GF Tamari, soy sauces, GF Asian cooking sauces, Salad Dressings, Rice Crackers and Soups.
