Baum Farm

Established in 2006 by owners Rob and Sharon, Baum Farm is located along the fertile soil of the Connecticut River in Canaan, Vermont. The farm consists of 185 acres of beautiful, certified organic land on which the farmers produce organic hay, milk, and other products. The Baums are proud to have achieved Animal Welfare Approved certification for their dairy cattle. Their grass-based dairy herd consists of registered Jersey cows, a breed known for their rich and delicious milk.
