Baldy's Coffee Roasters

Baldy's Coffee Roasters started out in 1999 as MoonBeans Coffee. Our idea for the cafe, was to establish a place where the community could meet, and have good conversation while enjoying a great cup of specialty coffee. In 2012 we made the decision to separate our cafe's from the roasteria so that we can focus on telling the stories of the coffees and provide you, are friends and customers, an un-filtered conversation of everything coffee. You have placed upon us the responsibility of being your advocate. We will continue to do as you ask of us, and that is, to purchase the highest quality specialty coffees, and to do so in a manner that is ecologically and socially responsible. To provide the highest standards of service and use roasting techniques that will yield the best results ensuring the farmers best interest is always represented.
